Why we started
Born from lived experience
The Chance Hub was founded by a mother of two sons with special educational needs who wanted to create something she wished had existed when she was starting out:
A warm, honest, practical space where families could find real information, real support, and real community. And a place that encourages parents to see not just the challenges, but the possibilities.
