Volunteer with us
Become a Chance Champion
Chance Champions are the heart of The Chance Hub. They are parents, carers, professionals and community members who give their time and energy to help other families feel less alone.
As a Chance Champion you might support our sessions, help spread the word, or simply be a friendly face for a family who is just starting out on their SEND journey.
Peer Mentor
Peer Mentors are parents and carers with lived experience of the SEND system who are willing to share their journey with others. This is not counselling — it is one parent talking honestly with another.
If you have navigated EHCPs, school transitions, or the challenges of daily life with a child with SEND, your experience is genuinely valuable. Full training and DBS checks are provided.

At The Chance Hub, we believe that every parent deserves to feel heard, supported and encouraged, and every child deserves the chance to discover what they can achieve.
We're a small, Luton-based community organisation with big hopes for the families we support. Your generosity can help us reach more parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
What Could Your Donation Help Us Do?
Provide Growing Together Activity Books
Help us produce and distribute activity books and parent/carer guides that encourage families to recognise, record and celebrate their children's strengths, interests and achievements.
Bring Growing Together Sessions Into Schools
Support the delivery of free, friendly sessions in schools and community settings, helping parents feel more confident about encouraging their children's development and preparing for the future.
Create Opportunities for Parents to Be Heard
Help us develop welcoming spaces where parents and carers can talk, share experiences and receive encouragement from people who understand the SEND journey.
Share Helpful Information
Support our work in connecting families with trusted information, local services and organisations that may be able to help.
Reach More Families Across Luton
Help us raise awareness of The Chance Hub, build relationships with schools and community organisations, and reach families who might otherwise miss out on support.
